In Admin > Students > EYFS Assessment Checkpoints staff with the Admin role can view, enter and edit Early Years assessment data. 

This area enables Admin staff to access Early Years assessment data without the need to view Markbooks (under My Subjects) for this. Historical data can also be entered here for previous academic years. 

From the drop down menus select the Academic Year, Subject, Checkpoint, Year and Class, then click Choose.

A table will be displayed showing children's names and a Mark column. Click the drop down box in the Mark column to select the age band and stage the child is working at for your chosen checkpoint. 

Select Save at the bottom to update any changes.
