Balances showing in Meal report when students are Free School Meals.
When this happens, gather information i.e. Student ID/name and amount being charged.
Check FSM details in the Extended tab of student - there may be duplications causing issues or no FSM recorded.
Check the FSM report.
When all else has been checked and you cannot see the issue, raise a SUP to as the Technical team to take a look at the API.
