Error 2578: Attendance data for the 2nd half of the summer term is not required for this pupil as leaving date shows they left prior to this.

In the Summer Census you will get Error 2578 if a student with a leaving date has an attendance code in the second half of the summer term, after their leaving date.

If the leaving date for the student is correct, you are advised to contact your Support Team to request us to remove the codes after leaving date for you. Once removed, you can recalculate your census and the error will not appear.
