Error 4385: Destination code must be provided for completed contracts


If you receive this error it means the staff member has a completed contract with a contract type of permanent, fixed term or temporary, a post that is not other support staff or leadership - non teacher and the destination on leaving has not been recorded. 

To resolve this locate the member of staff in Admin > Personnel > Staff, click the cog next to the contract in question, select the destination leaving reason and click submit to save. 


Please be aware if the contract ended due to a change in contract there is a destination on leaving which specifies this:
