Error 4415: Post shown as Deputy Head. One of the associated roles must also be Deputy Head

You will receive this error if a staff member has a post of Deputy Head but not the role of Deputy Head recorded on their contract.

To resolve this you will need to amend these fields on the contract in question. To do this:

1. Locate the staff member in Admin > Personnel > Staff.
2. Click the cog next to the contract you wish to update.
3. Update the role or post identifier.
4. Make sure to click update to save any changes made.
