Error 4586: If leaving reason is "Left for other teaching Post" or "Still in Education" then Destination must be employment in education

If leaving reason is;

OTE (No longer teaching but still in education)
OTT (Left for other teaching post)

Then the destination code must not be;

NONUKO (Non-Education post outside UK)
PUBSEC (Non-education employment - public sector)
SELFMP (Non-education employment - self-employment)
OTHERE (Non-education employment - other employment)

To amend the destination code please go to Admin > Personnel > Staff - find the member of staff. On the profile click onto the black cog next to any contract in scope and change the destination code and update at the bottom.
