How can we add our own options to the conduct dropdowns to match our school?

 

Question: How can we add our own options to the conduct drop downs to match our school?

 

Answer: Go to Admin>Config and there are a few icons you need to go in; 

Firstly click on Custom Relabelling and in here you can change the actual conduct types. For example, instead of "merits" you may use "goldstars".  

  • Click Incidents to update; Zones, Types, Guardian Informed Types, Action taken and Roles on the Incident side to conduct
  • Click Conduct Reasons to update the "Reason" drop down in the positive and negative referrals side to conduct. 
  • Click on Detentions Reasons to update the "Reason" drop down on the detentions side of conduct. 
  • Finally click Standards Monitor to update what students can be monitored for.
