Once you've created your report, click on the coloured area of the column header of the column you want to sort. This will sort the column into ascending/descending order.
You can remove unwanted columns by clicking on the recycle bin in the column header. The report can be saved by entering a name in the box at the top of the report and clicking Save Report Definition.
The report can be readily accessed by going into Reporting>Custom Report and clicking on Run.
