There are numerous ways you can check a staff members attendance.
1. Staff Profile
On their profile front page under Absences.
This will show the absences entered and notes if they have been entered stating why the absence occurred.
2. Staff Absence Report
You can check the absence report by following these instructions: Staff Absence Reports
3. Manage Staff Attendance
Go to Admin > Personnel > Manage Staff Attendance.
Enter the dates you wish to look at - scroll to find the staff member and click on the attendance code to see the notes entered.
