Enter previous years summative marks by going to: Admin > Students > Assessment Checkpoints
For Early Years marks you can add these via Admin > Students > EYFS Assessment Checkpoints (pink flag). More information about EYFS Assessment checkpoints can be found here.
The assessment checkpoints allows admin staff to enter marks for each subject and checkpoint for all students. This allows you to edit existing marks or input historical marks by selecting a previous academic year.
Select the academic year the data was collected, the subject, checkpoint, group and year from the drop down list. You can also tick a checkbox which will include former students table.
Click the Choose button and a list of students will appear.
Click each dropdown to choose a mark and then click save before you come away from the page.
