How do I add an IEP to the student's profile?


User roles required: In order to add and edit an IEP, you will need the user role of either SENCO or SLT. If a teacher needs access to IEPs, they will need both the teacher and tutor user role assigned to them - this will allow them to create and edit IEPs. 

Student Profile > Support > I.E.P/Personal Profile


Within a student's profile you are able to input multiple Individual Education Plans (I.E.Ps) using the cog wheel shown in the picture below.

For first time use, you will need to click 'Add New' and then a template will appear for you to edit and input data relevant to the specific student's educational plan.

(If no template appears please go to Admin > Config > I.E.P template to design one)

Before inserting the I.E.P the following fields must be complete:

  • Effective date
  • Review date
  • Academic year

Once you have inserted the I.E.P into the student's profile, the plan will appear in the support tab.

You can view the student's I.E.P by clicking on the text itself as shown in the image above.

In order to amend the plan you will need to click on the cog wheel. A window will appear giving you the option to change any I.E.P which was designed previously.

You can print any of the student's I.E.P's using the export buttons at the top of the students profile, as shown below.
