Add or delete a staff training day or holiday to blank out the registers

Go to Admin > Config > Core Setup > Holidays.

  • At the bottom of the screen click on the Holiday dropdown, select the holiday type, then enter the date of the training or holiday and click add holiday.
  • Or if you wish to delete the training day/holiday, find the entry in the table and use the delete button to remove this. This will now allow your registers to be seen on that day.

Please note the end date of the holiday should be the last day of the holiday not the day the students return to school. For example for a single training day you would enter the same date in the start and end date fields.
