This is for Spring Census and looks at 2 year old students born between 1st January and 31st December with Funded Hours recorded in their profile.
Funded hours are recorded in the Extended tab under School Information -
NOTE: Parents must meet a criteria to be eligible for 2 year old funding, so if there are hours entered against Funded Hours there must also be a basis for funding.
This is recorded further down under Further Information -
- If the parent is eligible for 2 year old funding - you need to select a basis of either Economic criteria (low income), High-level SEN or disability or Looked after or adopted from care.
- If the parent is not eligible for 2 year old funding - you will need to remove the 'Funded Hours' figure.
Once you have updated this, make sure you save then go back to your census page and recalculate.
