If you know your existing password and wish to change it, go to Home > My Password. If you need a password reset due to not knowing your password click here.
Clicking on My Password enables you to enter a new password, and then verify it. If you untick the Hide box you will be able to view the characters as you enter them into the New Password box.
Follow the guidance on the screen as the password needs to hold a minimum of seven characters, plus contain three out of the following four: an uppercase letter, lowercase letter, number or symbol. The password needs to meet a score of 60% or higher, the Password Strength Score rises as you enter additional characters.
Once saved your password has been reset. Keep this confidential to protect your data.
