Edit or delete a staff member's username

 

It is not possible to edit or delete a staff member's username once it has been set in ScholarPack. Usernames are set, unique values - changing these values can cause inconsistencies with system logs, and pose a risk to audit integrity and reliability.

 

To end login access for a staff member who has left, you will instead need to mark them as inactive. This prevents the username from being reused in future.

If there are serious safeguarding or security reasons that require a staff member's username to be changed, please contact ScholarPack support or your support partner, and we will do what we can to assist you.
