Year Groups

You can enter the school's curriculum Year groups via Admin > Config > Core Setup > Years.

This information is used throughout ScholarPack in areas such as with registration forms, academic groups and teacher assessment classes etc.


Add a Year Group

To enter a new year group, click on the Add New button, this will direct you to a new page where you can enter a new academic year and a description.


Once the Academic Year has been entered, click Insert.

Each year must be entered separately.

 

Edit or Delete a Year Group

If you need to edit a year then click on the Edit button relevant to your chosen year. Make your change then click Update.

To Delete a Year altogether click Edit then Delete.

You will then be taken back to the Years front screen, click Refresh to update the table.
