If you have a student who should not be included in your school census you can exclude them by going to the student profile (search the name in the top right hand search bar), to the extended tab and under school information you can change the enrol status to Guest and save at the bottom.
To confirm if this student should not be included in the census we would suggest liaising with your Local Authority or the DfE.
