To appear in the Tutors area (Admin > Config > Tutors), a member of staff does require a ScholarPack log on. To add this please go to Admin > Personnel > Staff, find the member of staff in the drop down and click this to access the profile. To the right hand side of the photograph click onto Create. This will load the screen to assign them a log on. Please be advised to create a staff log on you do require both Admin and System Administrator (SysAdmin) user roles on ScholarPack.
The staff member will also need a teacher user role on ScholarPack (this can be assigned when creating the logon) and a teacher contract.
