Unable to login after changing another staff members password

When you are changing a password for another member of staff, Google Chrome may ask if you wish to save the password.  Please ensure if you have a pop up asking this to click "no". 

If however, you have clicked "yes" you will need to clear your browsing history. 

To do this please click onto the three dots to the far right hand side of the address bar at the top of your browser, click onto history and then history. 

Once open on the left hand side click onto clear browsing data.  In this area select the timeframe to include when you amended your colleague's password, and ensure that passwords is clicked to be removed and then clear browsing history. 

Once complete, if you re-open Chrome you should then be able to log in with no problems.
