Staff Member Showing as Inactive when they should be Active

To amend a staff member showing as "inactive", please go to Admin > Personnel > Staff

From the dropdown menu, select the name of the staff member as required:

Once their profile has loaded, scroll down to the Extra Details heading, and then click the black cog next to the Personal Details heading:

The Personal Details window will open, and at the bottom of that window is the setting Active. Change this to Yes and then click Submit below:
