I have added a new meal option but it's not in the register meal dropdown for Teachers?

Please go to Admin> Meals> Config > Set Meal Availability and check that the meal has been made available for the dates you require. If you can see red crosses across all the date, just click "Assign all year" to make the meal available to be allocated.

If the meal is already set to be available, check in Admin > Meals > Config > Set up Meal Types that the Meal is available to the year group in question.
