You can generate students' attendance letters in Admin > Students > Attendance Letters.
Find the attendance letter you wish to run, then click Merge to Word.
Set the date range you require then click Choose.
Ensure you tick the boxes you require prior to clicking Merge, and that the Print and Attach to Profile columns are selected accordingly. You then have the option to:
- Merge All Students (generate a letter for all listed students in the report)
- Attach All Students (to attach a copy of the letter to each student profile's attendance tab)
A copy of the letter can then be viewed on the student profile's attendance tab, under Attendance Letters.
If you wish to upload an attendance letter not generated within the Attendance Letter area in ScholarPack, it will need to be uploaded on the student's Ancillary Tab.
