How to make new meals available for students

Once meals are created they need to be made available in order to be assigned. This can be done in just a couple of clicks!

Please go to Admin > Meals > Set Meal Availability - Screen_Shot_2018-04-09_at_09.18.45.png

From here you can either:

Make meals available for one specific day by clicking the red crosses on particular dates, this will change the crosses to a green tick.

OR

Click 'Assign all year' to make the meal available for each day there is no holiday in ScholarPack.

You will now be able to assign Meals to students and staff.

NOTE - If your holiday dates have changed within ScholarPack, you may need to click 'Assign all year' again to ensure this takes into account any date changes.
