On the student profile's Extended tab, under Further Information, you will find where to flag that a student is a refugee.
You can report on any student refugees by going to Reporting >Custom Report > New Report.
On the right side's Features tab you will find the refugee box.
Once you've run the report, filter the refugee column by Y (Yes) to display your refugee students.
