Unable to Access Areas of ScholarPack

If you are unable to access certain areas of ScholarPack then please check the following.

  1. Is it possible that you're logged in as the wrong person? Go into the Home tab and it should say next to Dashboard "Logged in as [name]", so you can check if you are logged in as your own user.
  2. Check your User Roles in ScholarPack. It may be that you don't have the user role needed to access some areas of ScholarPack.  You would need to speak to whomever at your school has the System Admin user role.
