I can't delete a student, please help?

You may come across this error message when trying to delete a student. If you have checked and see no attendance codes or STEPS assessment data, it may be due to an attendance pattern in place, codes entered prior to the entry date, or some custom assessment data.

If patterns are set for a future student and they are no longer going to attend your school, please go to Register > Patterns and remove the attendance pattern here (from their entry date till the end of that academic year).
