Cannot choose Contact level (Contact 6) in the Comms area.

If you can't select Contact 6, this means there are no contacts with the Contact Order of 6.

You can run a custom report to check this:

  1. Go to Reporting > Reports > Students > Custom Report.
  2. From the contacts column tick any/all of the contact priority boxes.
  3. Run  the report to check which are in use.
