I would like to bulk change my contact 1&2 as YES for 3rd party access for our API


If student contact details are not being extracted from your system via an API data link, this is usually due to a setting on their student contact which needs altering if the API is set as 3rd Party (e.g. Wonde or Groupcall).


If your Head Teacher can email support@scholarpack.com requesting contacts 1 or 1&2 be set as Yes for Allow Contact by 3rd Parties, we can raise this with the relevant team to change this in bulk for your school.  Any future student who joins the school will need this field to be manually changed when contacts are added to the system.
