This isn't possible for school staff to do.
If you need all unlinked contacts to be deleted we can do this on your behalf with an email from the Headteacher's school email address confirming this to your Support Team.
- If your school is supported by ScholarPack directly, click the 'Contact Us' button in the top right of the Help Centre
- If your school uses a Support Partner, please contact them. Click their name in the top right of your ScholarPack above the search box, for their contact details.
Please be advised this would not be a high priority request so we are unable to provide a timescale for this work to be completed.
Any contacts where emails or SMS have been sent out previously from ScholarPack will not be able to be removed.
