Teacher cannot see a student on their register

If a teacher cannot see a student on their register, it could be that the student is not allocated to a form or the correct form.
To check this go to the student profile and navigate to the Core Information section of the Extended tab.


Check the 'Form' field, if this needs amending select the form from the drop down and click save at the bottom of the page.

Another thing to check is that the student has been enrolled properly. To check this go to Admin > Students > Admissions and see if they still appear here.
