If you are still able to search for an off roll or deleted student in the search bar on the top right hand side of your ScholarPack, this may be because since off rolling/deleting the student you have not refreshed your Scholarpack.
If you click onto Home > Dashboard or press F5 to refresh your web page, the student should then not show.
A similar situation occurs when a student is reinstated (a former student re-joins the school); the student will not appear in the student search box until you have refreshed your screen.
If they do still show please contact your Support Team -
- If your school is supported by Scholarpack directly, click the 'Contact Us' button in the top right of the Help Centre
- If your school uses a Support Partner, please contact them. Click their name in the top right of your Scholarpack above the search box, for their contact details.
