Staff Post Missing in Reports

If a staff member is missing a Role when running reports such as staff absence or contracts, this could be because the staff member in question has no contract flagged as their main contract, or an expired contract is still set as the main contract.

To check this go onto their staff profile and look at their contracts.  If a contract is set as the main contract is will show '(main contract)' next to the contract name.

To Edit this click the cog next to its name, then tick the box that says 'Set as main contract', then scroll down and click Update to save the change.
