Duplicate profiles can occur if you have a temporary problem with your internet connection, or you click multiple times when saving the new profile due to a screen delay.
Please note that it is not possible to merge profiles together.
Choose which profile to keep
- Identify the Scholar ID of the profile you wish to keep (if an account has a login, you'll want to keep this one) from this report: Report on Staff Usernames, User Roles and last login dates
- You can also go to Admin > Personnel > Staff to check the staff profiles.
Remove the duplicate
Go to the other profile (the one you wish to remove).
