Query 1490Q: Please check: no pupils on roll have been recorded.

If you ought to have students on roll, it is advised to check whether any students are hidden or are assigned the enrol status of guest. These settings will hide them from the Census.

1. Go to Admin > Students > Group Updater.
2. Set the Student Attribute to Hidden Pupil to see if any have True against this setting.
3. Then set the Student Attribute to Enrol Status, and check none are G (Guest).
