Click Add New to enter the SEN information.

Please Note:

When recording SEN details, you need to enter both an SEN Provision AND an SEN Need (also known as SEN Type).

Students can have just a Primary Need or they can have both a Primary and Secondary Need.

Clicking Edit will allow you to add or amend data relating to that specific provision.

You can add an SEN Needs at the bottom of this screen by clicking Add New SEN Need.
