Recording SEN and SEN History on the Student Support Tab.

Students Profile > Support > SEN

You can access a student's SEN profile by visiting their profile and clicking on the support tab, you will see a section for special educational needs. Please click on the cog wheel shown in the picture below to add a new 'Special Educational Need' or to amend the current one.

(If no cog wheel appears you will need a member of the admin team to add SEN permissions onto your account)

Select the cog to enter a new SEN provision. You will then be able to add or edit each provision and need from within this screen.

Clicking Edit will allow you to add or amend data relating to that specific provision. You can also add in SEN Needs at the bottom of this screen.

(The Engagement Model has replaced P-Scales for statutory assessments from the 2021/2022 academic year)

You must enter an end date to a SEN provision for this to appear in the SEN history table on the right side of Support tab page.
