As this is just a query if you haven't had any students become eligible for FSM since the last census you would just annotate this on Collect when uploading the file to confirm.
If you do know of a student who has become eligible please check their eligibility dates via the student profile (search the student name in the top right hand search bar). Once on the profile go to the extended tab and scroll down to the further information heading and click onto manage next to "Is student eligible for free meals?". You can amend the start date here if required.
