This would indicate that over 10% of all students on roll have a first language of not yet obtained. If this is the case and you haven't yet obtained the languages as this is a query you can annotate this on Collect when uploading the census to explain this.
Alternatively if you have collected the languages but haven't updated these on ScholarPack you can do this in bulk by going to Admin > Students > Group Updater - select First Language as the student attribute and choose. You can then select the language you wish to assign to students, select the students whose language this is and then update at the bottom.
