Question: Do I have to duplicate/clone contracts every time I change a pay amount?

Answer: If you are using a different Spine Point and amount from what you have entered previously, you do not have to clone the contract. The changes will show on the front page of the profile if you click on the contract name only. If you do not have Spine points set up with the amounts you require, go to Admin>Personnel>Spine Points and create your own.
