Query 2030Q: Pupil in unexpected year group for this school

This query is linked to the Phase entered on the School Details table, and a student being out of the age range for this phase. 

Check the school phase

1. Go to Admin > Config > Core Setup > School (or click on the school name in the top right corner of ScholarPack, above the student search box).
2. You will see the School Details table.
3. Check the Phase and School Type in this table.
4. If incorrect, click Edit to amend the information. 

Check the student year group

1. Go to the student profile where the Query is raised.
2. Check the year group at the top of their extended tab.
3. It may be the student's year group is wrong, or the phase needs to be amended to incorporate this year group.
