Occasionally an attendance pattern does not set for individual students if the pattern was created too quickly for the autosave to catch up. In this instance, please go to Register > Patterns.
Select the student Year Group and Form, and slowly click on each X for that student twice, in order to reset the pattern. Then return to Register > Manage Register , enter a future date (or the following week), to ensure the pattern is now active for each day.
Note: An attendance pattern cannot be backdated, and will only apply for future dates.
