The patterns for my nursery group I have just set up are not reflecting correctly when viewing the register for them. Why is this?

Occasionally an attendance pattern does not set for individual students if the pattern was created too quickly for the autosave to catch up. In this instance, please go to Register > Patterns

Select the student Year Group and Form, and slowly click on each X for that student twice, in order to reset the pattern. Then return to Register > Manage Register , enter a future date (or the following week), to ensure the pattern is now active for each day. 

Note: An attendance pattern cannot be backdated, and will only apply for future dates.
