The staff member contract and post doesn't match DfE expectations for their Pay Range. You need to review the pay scale.
To check this locate the staff member in Admin > Personnel > Staff and click the cog next to the contract in question. In this area the post is seen on the left and the pay range on the right:
Ensure to click update to save any changes.
If this information is correct you can annotate with a reason when uploading the census to Collect.
