Error 4516 arises when a teacher has not had a pay review entered since the beginning of the previous academic year or the field is blank.
This applies to permanent, fixed term or temporary contracts and staff not on a daily rate.
Click on the error text which takes you to the staff profile. Then click on the cog next to the staff member's contract.
The Last Pay Review date is entered towards the bottom left of the contract.
Input a date, then click Update to save the data.
Return to recalculate the Workforce Census.
If there is a reason why no pay review was undertaken, supply a note when you upload the Workforce Census.
