You will receive this query if there are no pay review dates recorded for the staff who fall in scope.
Firstly check who fall in scope in Admin > Census > Workforce Census > Staff in Scope.
If this is correct and all the staff you are expecting fall in scope, then you may need to update the pay review dates on their contracts. To do this go to Admin > Personnel > Staff and locate the staff member. Then click the cog next to the contract in question and then the pay review date field is located on the right.
Ensure to click update to save any changes made.
If this is correct and you have no pay review dates you can annotate this when you upload the census on Collect.
