This would indicate that a teacher is showing as being paid in the pay framework 2014 even though they arrived after 31st August 2014. If this is correct then you can annotate this when uploading your Census.
Alternatively to amend this please go to Admin > Personnel > Staff - find the member of staff and click onto the black cog next to their contract. In here you would either amend the school arrival date if this is incorrect or the pay framework and update at the bottom.
