Query 4524Q arises when a teacher with a leadership position on their contract has no maximum pay range entered. Click on the Query to take you to the staff member's profile, then click on the cog next to their contract to open it up:
For any Post held as Executive Head Teacher, Head Teacher, Deputy Head, or Assistant Head, where there is no leaving date in the contract (or it is equal to or after the census reference date), a Maximum Pay Range needs to be entered. This can be input at Pay Range Limits: Max. Once entered, click on Update to save the data, and then recalculate your Workforce Census.
