If you have deleted holidays from previous academic years, this will impact the attendance data displayed on student profiles. Deleting the holiday will remove the # attendance code and the periods will be regarded as no code (gaps).
You will need to restore your holidays on ScholarPack by going to Admin > Config > Core Setup > Holidays.
You can re-enter your deleted holidays here for the previous academic year at the base of the page.
If you do not know the exact dates of holidays, please contact your Support Team and we can raise a technical ticket to restore them from a backup. -
