If you have deleted holidays from previous academic years, this will impact the attendance data displayed on student profiles. Deleting the holiday will remove the # attendance code and the periods will be regarded as no code (gaps).
You will need to restore your holidays on ScholarPack by going to Admin > Config > Core Setup > Holidays.
You can re-enter your deleted holidays here for the previous academic year at the base of the page.
If you do not know the exact dates of holidays, please email support@scholarpack.com and we can raise a technical ticket to restore them from a backup.
