This Query will arise when the Role Identifier and Post assigned in the staff contract are incompatible for Workforce Census requirements. Please check that the role and post are correct on the staff contract.
If role is not;

- MISC (Miscellaneous Teaching Service for the LA)
- MUSC (Music tuition include peripatetic
- PERI (Peripatetic Teacher - unattached)
- SPLY (LA Supply Pool)
- TCHR (Teacher)
- TMIS (Teacher engaged to teach in miscellaneous establishments)
- TNON (Teacher engaged for non-school education)
- TPRU (Teacher engaged to teach in a pupil referral unit)
- CADV (Careers Advisor)
- HDPT (Head of Department)
- HDHO (Head of House)
- HDYR (Head of Year)
- SENC (SEN Co-ordinator)
- INST (Instructor including sports coach)
- ADVT (Advisory Teacher - unattached)
The the post within the contract node should be one of the following;
- LNT (Leadership Non-Teacher)
- OSP (Other Support Staff)
- TAS (Teaching assistant)
This query will show where the role is not one of the above but the post is one of the above. If this is the case for the contract of the member of staff you can annotate the reason why when uploading your census. However if this is incorrect you may wish to amend the contract by going to Admin > Personnel > Staff - find the staff member and click onto the black cog next to the contract - amend the role or post and update at the bottom.
